Bali may unsettled bill kasi ako sa isang telco company. 24 months lock-in pero hindi ko binayaran yung last 4 months. Ngayon balak ko bayaran yung natitirang months then i-extend ko ng 1 month yung usage tapos ipapaputol ko na. So unsettled charges + 1 month charges yung babayaran ko.
Update ko lang to. Last September 24, naka-receive kami ng letter from PLDT. Demanding a payment for pre-termination fee kung gusto na putulin yung service(~6K) or pay the unsettled bill (3030 PHP) + contract extension daw. Bali nagpunta kami sa service center ng PLDT that day at dinirecho kong tinanong yung sa customer service kung kailan pwede ipa-disconnect. Sabi naman nya pwede na since tapos na yung 24-month contract basta bayaran daw yung unsettled bill. Binayaran namin then finorward na nya yung disconnection request.
The following day may tumawag sabi kailangan daw i-extend yung contract until November. May karapatan ba silang mag-demand ng ganon? I've read yung terms and conditions nila pero wala naman akong nababasa about dun sa extension...
