Cleared but tagged as Awol

Hi,

Can I ask advises about sa situation ko po now. last year po kasi sa past work ko nag-file ako ng resignation (I request only for 15 days turn over) but d nila inaccept. So, nagrerender na lang ako kaso pinaguumpisa na ko sa new work ko that time kaya naginform ako na d ko na tatapusin ung turn over ko. But then, after 2 months I ask ung inalisan kong company if pwede ako magrender ng 30days para d ako ma-tagged as awol and they accept it naman po. Nakapagclearance ako and nabigyan din ng COE. But yesterday po magaapply ako kasi yung team leader ko pinapabalik ako pero hinold ng HR yung application ko and told me na d daw ako pwede magapply kasi awol ako and pinagrender lang nila ko before para makuha ko yung last pay ko.

its their internal mechanism. i dont think you can question it unless it deprives you something that is due you. if ayaw ka na nila tanggapin wala ka ng magagawa. it is but logical for an former employer not to accept a returning employee who before had not wanted to comply with rendering

Tinanong mo na ba kung bakit ka na-tag as AWOL gayong my Resignation Letter ka? Tanungin mo muna kaya.
