Hi,

I would like to ask if I can file a complaint against a company who rescinded a signed job offer? I resigned a day after signing the job offer and cannot retract. The employer rescinded the offer 3 days after. I have a hard copy of the offer letter signed by the HR Head.

Hope you can help me out, thanks.

meron ka nang employment contract? if meron they cannot cancel unless merong provision dun.
