Kung hindi nagsusuporta ang tatay ng anak mo, hindi abandonment ang ifile mo, kung hindi violation of RA 9262 for economic abuse. Pwede ka pumunta sa Women's Desk sa Police Station sa lugar ninyo, dalhin mo ang marriage contract ninyo kung kasal at birth certificate ng anak ninyo.

Kung hindi kayo kasal, dapat nakapirma ang ama sa birth certificate o meron affidavit ang ama na kinikilala niya ang anak ninyo.

Good day po,hingi lang po ako ng advice sa kung ano po dapat namin gawin ng husband ko bale nasa abroad po kasi siya...ngayun po may kinuha po kami na bahay sa cavite kaya lang po nagkaron po kami ng problem financialy so baka po hindi na kami maka provide ng monthly amortization because of that...nakapagbigay na po kami ng 10k reservation fee last july at naka 2months na po kami na down payment kung magrerefund po ba kami may makukuha pa kami or qualified ba kami to get that refund?thank you
