I want to know if walking out during your shift is a terminable offence. I walked out after my first break and wasnt able to notify mu immediate supervisor. I then text my supervisor later my shift apologizing for not able to notify because i was not feeling well.

In my opinion NO, unless your act resulted to losses suffered by the company. If none, it should just warrant reprimand or suspension... the most. If for Termination, even though indicated in the code of conduct, such is deemed too harsh.
