hi, good afternoon. i am new in this forum..im still hurt and angry of what happened to my family becoz my husband infidelity..

nlaman q po infidelity nya last yr december..i took action na pmunta s IGDD at nkasundo po kmi ( he signed letter of undertaking )to give support for our 2sons. mula po nung umalis aq ng Jan. till June d po cya tmupad s pnirmahan nya. instead ngpadala kung kailan gusto nya lang..and now gs2 nya annulment.

i would like to sue a case ..."Concubinage" pero as of now nsa Dubai cya and his mistress & their daughter ay nsa Pinas. i hev proof pics wid their bb kc po ng post mistress nya s wall & it is very insulting for me & family... pwede p b aq mg file ng case ? gus2 kpo mg file s POEA pra hindi npo cya mka work abroad.

please need ur advise...ang laki p ng effect ito s mga anak q...

my suggestion is send a letter demanding him to comply with your first agreement. If no reply, try to threaten him, tell that you will file a case if he will not give regular financial support. Sending him to jail should be your last option, unless you want to totally lose the support form him.

According to your facts, meron kang ilang remedies na pwede ma-file against your infidel husband. Pwede ka magfile ng action for support kung ang habol mo talaga ay financial support from your husband. Pero kung ang gusto mo naman ay maturuan sya ng leksyon sa nagawa nyang mali, pwede ka rin magfile ng criminal case against him. Pwedeng concubinage kung mapatunayan na your "husband shall have sexual intercourse, under scandalous circumstances, with a woman who is not his wife," (RPC, Art. 334). Pwede rin naman kasuhan sya under VAWC or violence against women and their children, para sa pag-cause nya ng psychological abuse and economic abuse sa inyong mag-iina.
