please need a legal advice

I just want to ask this case from you, sir please can you help us what to do?..I am from Cebu City Phils..My parents received a parcel of land from their parents, who was died last 1988, the documents we only have with this land is Deed of Sale and the receipts for the taxes we've paid, in the late 2015 one of our relatives claim that that land is own by them, they give my parents a summon they want to meet with my parents at our Baranggay office, and they claim they own our land but no evidences yet, that land they claim is where our house built, we live there for 43 yrs. and just yesterday September 6,2016 they give another summon to my parents they meet up again in Baranggay office and now they claim they have a title for that land,they want us to leave our house and leave the land what is the best thing can/would/should do sir?..Please help us we are just an ordinary persons, my father is just a farmer and my mother has no work. Thank you so much.

let them file the case in court so that you will be able to know whether their document like the title is genuine or not. if it turns out that they title is genuine the the court will decide the matter accordingly. but if it turns out to be fake then you may win the case.

Recieved by your parent by inheritance, gift or bought?

Which "we"
you and your partner
or you and your parents?

Who are the buyers and sellers at the Deed of Sale?

Is your claiming relative a decentant of your grandparents?
Is the claim by inheritance or what?

WHEN is the relative's title from?

..
Perhaps an other risk:
Has there been a TITLE earlier, belonging to your grandparents or parents?
If not, there is a risk your relative has used a STUPID law, the FIRST one who claim a title have chance to get it !!!!
