Legal advice needed. The bank asked us to surrender the car immediately. But my partner wanted to keep it and ask legal advice if we could just request for loan restructuring from the bank. But the bank representative already called me to surrender the car temporarily and we could still get it if we pay the 2.5 million full credit amount. My partner loves to keep the car but we dont have that big amount. Is there any possibility of asking the bank for life an rescheduling?
