i had utilized a loan facility from the office multiple times, & after noticing that after every loan it was extended & extended and so forth & so on. finally the accounting department found the error in the computation of my salary deduction. and as an audit item they were tasked to shorten the amount from 2 years to 1 year making a huge dent in my finances. are they in the right to just suddenly deduct my salary without my consent & other mistakes by their department for my other benefits? should they not first discuss with me before they implement any such deduction?

are they charging interest for your loan? was the loan part of your employment contract?
if wala namang interest and hindi sya part of your compensation package, pwede i charge ang lahat ng pagkakautang immediately sa iyong sahod, wag lang sosobra sa total na pagkakautang
