I just want to clarify, the last stated scope of this is the agreement done in the barangay. To clarify, so the settlement made in the traffic sector may not be claimed here?
So does that mean that the case should be filed in the "normal" process instead?
Lastly, are moral damages included for claims made here (in small claims)?
