My siblings is not cooperative, "crab mentality",I just want to have my share of the lot property to be titled under my name so that i can file a housing loan in pag ibig, I am 30 yrs old and still renting, thats why i want to have my own house, I am asking for legal advice on the procedure or steps on how I can process my share of the lot property from my deceased parents to be titled under my name, thanks Smile

To start with you need to make "Extrajuridical" process I believe it's called to make clear about the inheritance.
