Arresto Menor

1 year ago my friend asked me to use my name as a dummy incorporator with no money involved. Now, she wants to get the stocks under my name by asking me to sign a Stock Purchase Agreement. How can I deal with that? Magkaka problem ba ako sa BIR? I am willing to give the stocks but I dont know what are the consequences. Can you lend me an affidavit form just to state that she only used my name and I didnt invest a single centavo or whatsoever?

Pls. help me. TIA.
