Hi,
Last time, upon loging in to my office computer , I got the message "account os disabled". When I checked with our HR office, I was told that I am on the inactive list. They said that they will send a request for my acivation and will send a message to my superior after couple of days. I waited since I still need to file for attendance request an might affect my pay this comming payday.But up until now, we are not getting a response from HR and I am afraid that it might affect my salary. I am still going to work even if Im not listed as a part of my managers roster. Can I file a case because of HR negligence. Just to add up, they said that the reason my account is inactive is because I did not login to my account for 3 days. But upon checking few of my previous team mate who were terminated anonth ago is still on my managers roster. Please help. Thanks in advance

Karapatan mo ang mag-file ng kahit ano. Pero ang tanong e my basis ba ang complaint mo. Ayon nga sayo e 'baka maapektuhan'... so wala pang nangyayari. Maghintay ka muna kaya. Isipin mo din kasi na ayon sa kwento mo e hindi ka nag-log in ng 3 araw... e baka nga ito yung rason. At huwag na huwag kang magco-compare ng situation ng ibang empleyado... lalong lao na sa terminated at ikaw hindi. Naisip mo ba na magkaiba kayo ng sitwasyon?Masyado kasi maaga ka magreklamo na kung tutuusin e ikaw pala may kasalanan sa hindi mo paglogin (kung totoo man yun).
