I have a question. We owe the hotel an amount. And then the sales person told us to make a promisory note and we did. She did also go to the barangay as the complainant not the hotel to collect from us. We did not sign the paper since we did not owe her but the hotel. The hotel should be the one issuing that summon not her right? We do not plan to ran away from this one but she told someone from fb about it and the one she messaged posted it on fb. We were humiliated as we already promised we will pay. And in the bill some of which is not my signature and room number. What will we do
