Hello. Good evening po. I just want to ask kung anong dapat naming gawin kasi po yung lupa na tinitirhan namin ngayon is naka award lang sa lolo which is patay na and we wanted na magpatitulo na. May 3 po siyang anak and isa na lang dun yug buhay and kini claim na dapat sa kanya daw po ma ipagalan yun kasi sya yung buhay at the same time sya yung panganay. Ano pong yung dapat naming gawin ?? Thankyou.

inquire at CENRO if it can be titled under a special law else you will have to file a petition in court and prove that the property has been privately owned since 1945
