may kakilala po akong nag leave ng 60 days (maternity leave) then after nya pong manganak may balak po syang mag resign kasi breasfeed po yung baby nya wala syang balak eh stop.. matatawag po bang AWOL yun??? or kailangan nya pa pong pumasok after ng leave???

As Council said, hindi problema kung papayagan yung resignation niya.

TAKE NOTE: Ang 30-day period na yan ay HINDI mandatory. It is only a suggestion. Pwede nga itong paiklihin o pahabain o totally walang turnover. At hindi sa lahat ng pagkakataon ay kailangan ng 30-day turnover period.

SAMPLE: Ang isang janitor ba ay kailangan pang magrender ng 30 days kung ito ay magre-resign? Ano yung itu-turn over nya... walis?
