only if your employer agrees. if not, he is free to assign when you will serve it.

parang lugi kasi ako pag sa day off ko ang suspension ko kasi w/ pay ako sa day off ko, tapos gagawin nilang w/o pay dahil suspended ako.. tama po ba?

there is no provision in the labor code which states that it should be on an actual date worked. for me it is not unlawful
