Arresto Menor

I have a training bond from my company and I need to understand my bond for 3 years which cause 1M and its monthly prorated cost is 27K and the training I got only cause 145K and when I ask for another training they are not giving anything to me even though I'm suppose to still have 855K worth of training. I have been working for 12months now after taking the bond.

My question is can I legally leave my company in search for a new one because from what I understand my 145K should have been paid base on the prorated monthly cost of the training. Now I don't know if my understand of the contract is accurate anymore and Please help me understand it and what can happen if I leave.

---------------Details of the bond------------
Please find below revised total cost of training/certification program provided by the account and the monthly prorated amount for liquidated damages should you fail to complete a period of 3 years after the completion of the certification program.
The revisions shall be effective immediately.

Monthly Prorated Cost: 27,777.78

All other provisions of the employment contract not otherwise contrary to the provisions or matters contained in this Agreement shall remain to be force and in effect unless and until the same supplemented ,revised, or amended in writing duly sign by the parties.
