Gusto ko lang po malaman if legal or unfair labor practice yung ginagawa ng company namin.
Employees are entitled to 15 days Vacation Leave and 15 days Sick Leave..We are paid naman for taking leaves, but we are required to make up for them (By working extra hours or doing Overtime)..so parang walang leaves din..Same goes for holidays, we are paid, but we need to make up for them.
Tama po ba ito? Can this be a basis to file for a complaint sa DOLE?
