Employees are fleeing my current company, either they are not renewing their contract or just cannot take how the company handles their employees. So, some projects are left undone. Most of the time, they let us take the account of those people who've already left the company, in short they want us to pretend or lie to our clients (via chat/email).
Do they have the power to force us to take the account of that person to save the project? Or is it the admin/boss duty to let the client know that this person is not already affiliated with the company?
Personally, di ko gusto kasi nagsisinungaling sa clients, but I want to know if legally this is acceptable.
