stalking and false statements

My girlfriend ex boyfriend is stalking her. He is 47 years of age, and american. He rented apartment next to her and set up camera on her gate to watch her. He does not even live there. He follows her and will not leave her alone. He makes threats to her and her family.
He posts or has people make false video footage of me attacking me and my position at my company trying to get me fired.

His latest act of desperation is as follows:
He entered her house while the gate was open during a party on new years ever..He asked her to go back to having relations to him. After she refused he made threats to destroy her pride and reputation. As well as making it so her sister who is trying to get visa for nursing in a foreign country. After he left they noticed that he did not take the numerous gifts like a laptop, ipod, clothing, etc. with him, so she and her 2 cousins chose to return them to his house. They did not want to leave them on the street, so her and one cousin climbed the gate and left the property inside. They checked the handled of the house to see if he was home, because they didn't want to see him. After this, he filed charges of qualified theft and trespassing. Today she was served with subpoena and has to go to the NBI office.

She does not have much money for a lawyer, and he has a large amount of funds to try to hurt her legally. What should she do?

she should first go to nbi to find what this is all about. then she has to put her evidence and witnesses together so that she can submit them to the investigator.

I recommend she files a counter suit, not at the NBI, but at the prosecutor's office so that the criminal procedure starts immediately. If he is stalking her, the best charge will be psychological violence under RA 9262.

that's because it is not relevant to the qualified theft charge. nbi has a vawc unit. but i recommend you go straight to the prosecutor's office. ask help from a lawyer to prepare your complaint affidavit.
