Hello po,, ask ko lng ano pong procedure para magamit ko ulit ung maiden name ko? Ung ex husband ko po kc may asawa pl kasal sila tas pinakasalan nya din ako.. Hiwalay na kami gusto ko lng ulit ipa change ung married name ko to my maiden name.. Ano pong procedure ang dpat ko gawin? Thank u po

your marriage is considered valid until the court annuls your marriage. you can publicly use your maiden name but you cnnot compel government agencies to change your documents.

Hi Atty,

Hope you're well. Atty I've been married for 8 years but, we've separated ways for 7 years now. Though we're not legally separate or whatever, is there any chance or possibility that I can use my maiden name again? thanks Atty and more power.

Hello, i just want to seek some advise. I got married 2008 and found out that my ex hausband was married in 1999 but was not registered until 2015 when the wife found he married someone else. I am carrying his last name still, what documents can I use to file nullity in my marriage and I can I also change my son's name to mine? He was born in 2013, there was no acknowledge on his birth cert because I used my marriage cert when he was born. Can you please enlighten me what other option s can I do?
