I know these two are different, but I guess Regularization Rate should be much higher than Annual Rate Increase,right?
Tama ba na yung highest rate na makukuha mo for regularization is up to 5% lang ng sweldo mo or depende po talaga sa Company na pinapasukan mo? Meron po ba existing law with regards to this?
