Home hello i just like to ask if an employee got blind due to his diabetis and he can not perform his job anymore should we ask him to resign? and if he resign are we oblidge to give him a separation pay?

yes if you are terminating him due to illness you have to pay him separation pay

But you cannot ask him to resign. That could be construed as illegal dismissal and could cost the company more.
