Ask ko lang po if can I use the complaint affidavit as evidence for Libel Case?

Kasi po I was arrested due to Estafa, I have no knowledge about the case, until the complainant had me arrested. She has a copy of the warrant and talagang nangulit sya sa police station para hulihin ako. I was detained overnight at the police station dahil di natapos ng 1 day ung bail ko.

Ang story po kasi is naloko yung complainant ko ng isang babae na nakilala daw nya sa church. Humingi ng tulong sa kanya ung girl para kunin ung remittance nya sa bangko kung saan ako ang new accounts. The girl said to the complainant that she has no valid ID to present in the bank.

Day 1 (Thursday): They came into the bank, since I was the new accounts, I was the one assisted them.

Day 2 (Friday): I received a phone call from our HO advising me to call the complainant about the incoming remittance, so I called the complainant and relayed it to her.

Day 3 (Monday): The complainant went to our bank together with her police officer friend complaining me and insinuating that I should pay for the cash she gave to the girl na kasama nya nag-open ng account. She is insisting na sinabi ko daw na may remittance na kaya daw binigay nya na ung amount kahit di muna nya na-inquire ung ATM nya.

Dahil dun sa complaint nya na sinabi nya na kasabwat daw ako nung nanloko sa kanya. I have been investigated in my work with so much memos to reply, nasira ako sa work, nawalan ako ng credibility, nawala ako sa line up ng promotion. Ilang months din nya ako di tinigilan ng mga written complaint nya, di lang sa branch namin pati na sa head ofc na naka-address pa sa president ng bank. Lagi din sya tumatawag sa branch manager and area head namin insinuating that I should pay for her loss dahil kasiraan daw ako ng magandang image ng bank.

Buti nlng after all the sleepless night and emotional stress. Written reprimand lng ang hatol sakin ng bangko. But my good image was damaged already. So I decided to transfer to our head ofc.

The incident happened July 2010, I thought tapos na ung dilemma ko sa kanya. Di pa pala sya tapos manggulo sakin dahil idinemanda nya pala ako at wala akong natatanggap na subpoena, mali ung nilagay nya na address ng branch namin and I was already transferred in our head ofc. Ngayong July 2016 inaresto ako sa bahay namin. Buti na lang at naka-leave ako ng two months because I have been in operation for ovarian cysts last Jun 2016. Mas nakakahiya para sakin kung sa ofc nya ako pinahuli. One more thing is I have rheumatic heart disease, bawal sakin ang so much stress.

Gusto ko po sana mg-file ng libel case sa complainant after matapos nitong kaso ko. Possible po kaya yun? Or ano po kaya ang pwede kong counter charge sa kanya? Malakas po kaya ang laban ko sa Estafa Case na ikinaso nya sakin?

it seems to me that the people she complained to were all persons of authority who were being contacted to voice a complaint so she cannot be said to have slandered you.

I believe you should have a lawyer by now so you should be discussing this matter with him.

Can I file for damages nlng attorney?

considering the prosecutor and the judge found probable cause to file and continue the case, i don't think you'll be entitled to damages.
