Hi,i am planning to make a business, buy and sell (coconut dealer).
My question is kilangan ko pa po ba kumuha ng license?
What license need kong kunin para makapag start ako as coconut dealer. thanks.....

As far as I know Coconut don't need special license but need a common business permit.
I guess you aim at not very big, so I recomend you to go to barangay/municipaly office where you plan to be stationed and apply to be approved as BMBE (=Barangay Micro Business Enterprise.) That's both fastest, cheapest and easiest, plus give other benifits. When you get the approval, you register that at BIR to get the benefit of no income tax for yourself (but the other taxes and fees are the same.)
