i recommend you go to the nearest police station and report that your husband is hurting you to the women's desk. the repeated marital infidelity is also basis for psychological violence.

let the police determine what case, but it will most probably be vawc. the police will probably refer it to the prosecutor, and only after the process of preliminary investigation will warrants of arrest be issued. don't count on them being arrested immediately.

nag gawa po kmi ammicable settlement hubby ko ,na d na sya pkita sa kabit nya.if lalabag daw sya ipa2loy ko kaso nia.peru ang girl po,ayaw mki hiwalay sa habi ko.dapat ko rin ba gawa kmo ammecable settlement na wag na nia guluhim kmi or else folr ako case skanya.?

if you will be satisfied with an agreement in the bgy, then that's fine. but this is not a case which is within the jurisdiction of the bgy.
