Hi All,
I have a question I am already working here in Japan direct hire then I already got my visa since April 20, 2016. My first flight going back to manila then manila to japan its okay at terminal 1 I just present my working visa or residence card in Japan and then they let me in but in my second flight going back to manila then manila to japan at terminal 2 they said I can't go in because I don't have OEC then they said I am required to register at POEA and OWWA to have OEC. In the future they will ruin my life because I will be now under POEA I will not get same benefits as a japanese worker and my stay will be limited here in japan instead of I can renew it every year.
