Hello Everyone!

How do we handle individuals who are prone to unethical behaviors, especially if they are talented?

The case is one of the Officers is hitting one of our staff. He exert much effort like picking up in her home, waiting until last hour of duty, bringing food and treats all people surrounding this employee. The thing is, the employee is not interested however she is too shy to discourage the guy AND MOST OF ALL THE GUY IS MARRIED but he tell a different STORY TO THIS GIRL.
The officer guy is sooo persistent that the girl cannot avoid him.

How do you handle situations like this? What kind of approach to do with the officer guy?
Can he lose his job because of this?
