Could you explain in detail how ordinary people can protect themselves if they are being stalked by a powerful organization, considering the fact just how difficult it is to seek help knowing the intricacies involved in gathering evidence? It's not like those criminals are stupid--that you can easily prove what they're doing with the point of a finger .......

evidence can indeed be very difficult and is one of the pillars of our judicial system. without it, no case can prosper. finding it depends on the kind of evidence sought and the resources you have

possible remedies will be the writ of amparo or writ of habeas data
