Relative claimed child

Good day. Ask ko lng po ano pdeng ifile case against my relative who claimed my child? Story was nnganak po ako ng 17 years old plang ako. We were under my mom's custody, i was studying then. Tpos i stopped school and started working but i was with the child, ako ngaasikaso s knya everyday pgpasok, pgpakain, pgpaligo etc. Yung expenses s mom ko. Then one day i said ako n mgsupport s bta. Alis n kmi s bahay and dto n ttra s rizal s father ng child and ksma mga kptid nia. Ang gnwa n mom is inilayo c child then dnala ng singapore, a place where i cant go yet. that was last year until now d ko n ult nkta ung bta. So i decided to make a move n. Please help what should i do first

i'm not sure if the PH embassy can help you, but any legal action you will take has to be where the child is located, in this case, Singapore.

how was it your mother was able to bring out the child? was she able to get clearance from the dswd? did you agree to it or it was falsified?

Your question made. Me think that my mom may have just tol me that my child is in Singapore but truth is shes still here in the country or my mom really falsified some documents . She could be sued for this right?

do some investigative work first to determine where your child is. if your mother is here then report her to the CIDG or police office. If your child is really outside the country there should be a record in the Bureau of Immigration or DOTC, and DSWD.
