pawned item claimed by another person

I pawened my iPad to a pawn shop here in cebu november 2013...then last feb 2013 i borrowed money from someone and used the receipt as my collateral. I already paid this person but he did not return the receipt at that time because he did not have it as what he said dated mar 14.

when i tried to check on the item in the pawnshop, it was already claimed by this person dated march 16. The pawnshop accepted his receipt w/o any supporting documents.

I know where this person lives, its just that i want to equipe my self with legal information just incase if this person will not cooperate.


I would like to know what to do step by step.

I hope someone can help me here.

ang complain mo dapat ay laban sa pawnshop, bakit nila hinyaan na mabutbos ng iba ang tiem mo?

sa [alagay ko nasa contrata ng papael de ahensya yan. any1 na may hawak ng papel de ahensya ay maaring tumubos nito. pansin sa manila nag kalat ang mga "bumibili ng papel de ahensya" im not sure pero natatandaan ko. minsan na ako nag sanla ng gamit. at minsan ko ng inuutos sa kapatid ko na tubusin ito. basta dala ang papel de ahensya at perang pang tubos ay maari itong makuha. nasa term yan na nka saad sa likod ng papel de ahensya.
