5 weeks ago, I went to a furniture-making shop along Commonwealth, QC and after making a downpayment for a bed I want made (8000php out of a total of 16,000php), they said they can deliver the product within a week. So far, all they've done is make excuses as to why the bed isn't there yet as well as promising that the bed will be deliverable within a few days. This cycle has been on-going for the past 5 weeks.
Besides their verbal promises, I don't have anything tangible aside from the receipt that they gave me. Is there anything I can do?
