Hi Atty.

I was absent since June 24,2016 I informed my superior that day but she did not permit me to be absent. I still did not obey her. If they AWOL me may makukuha pa din po ba along separation pay kung I terminate po nila ako?

Wala kang makukuha if you are terminated by a JUST cause.
