just a question, is it a valid letter of eviction coming from a atty. in fact? what is a valid eviction? She claims that she has a power of atty from the owner and sent us the letter a month ago. now shes sending us a letter of a lease of contract from the new owner. now atty is it really vaLID? WITHOUT ANY NOTICES FROM THE BRGY OR A COURT ORDER? ARE WE GONNA BE SHERRIFED IF WE DIDNT SIGN THE CONTRACT MADE BY THE NEW OWNER? PLS HELP WE ONLY HAVE 2 DAYS LEFT THANK YOU AND MORE POWER.
