Good day po i just want to ask if there are laws regarding po sa medical internship. I just want to know how many hours po yung maximum shift na pwede ipagawa sa isang medical student and also kung pwede ba sila mag overtime at dapat ba may given time sila para mag take ng break salamat po.

All your querries can be answered sa internship contract nyo. Labor code will not apply sa inyo kasi hinde kayo employees ng hospital.
