yes if you have unliquidated credit card advances, hindi ka talaga bibigyan ng clearance. i dont understand why ayaw nila deduct sa final pay. ang gusto nila is bayaran mo yung utang then ibibigay nila yung salary mo?

hindi ba sila pumapayag kahit bigyan mo sila ng written authorization to deduct from your salary?

I haven't asked that yet. Pero personal credit card sya, di po sya staff/employee credit card. 
And wala nmn po ako pinirmahan na document stating na di ako ma clear pag di ko binayaran in full po un. kasi ung salary loan willing sila ikaltas sa final pay and then ung credit card ayaw. Ok nmn po ako to give an authorization letter that is if tatangapin nila.

Personal credit card nga pero utang mo pa rin yun sa kanila.
Generally ang employee pag umalis, nagiging due and demandable ang utang immediately.
