Is a husband liable for any unknown debts of his wife as are now being claimed by her friend by alleged hand written notes which appear to be falsified

Do you mean the husband is liable for money lost Gambling by his wife, in my case my wife suffered a stroke 7 months ago and remains totally incapacitated unable to communicate in any way and unable to move, so there is no way she can confirm or deny any claimed debts
