Good morning po. I got a hit po kahapon at pinababalik ako next week. Im quite skeptical kse po unique yung name ko. However i got a complain from the parents of my ex three months ago. Im afraid if they filed a case against me. Can I get my clearance? I didnt receive any arrest warrant or court summon yet. Im not even sure if they filed a case against me. If they do, should the case start in baranggay level first? Because we are living on the sama baranggay. Thank you po.

Good day atty.

atty,ask ko po kumuha po ang kafatid ko ng NBI clearance local para gagamitin niya s pag aply. dito sa pinas na hit record. po siya galing po s ibang bansa last 2015 lng po. Atty.ang kafatid ko po my naiwang loan siya s U.A.E ito po ay personal loan ito po b ang dahilan ng kanyang pag hit record po s NBI.anung case po ang sinampa s kanya po atty.
