Hi,

Need an advice here. What could be the consequences if I don't attend to a brgy summons? Will writing a letter to the brgy stating reasons for refusal to attend will help? For example, the complainant is not personally known by me and the intention is just to harass me and/or a person we commonly know whom was summoned in another brgy.
