Hi po,
I was in the department store bringin all the things i wanted to buy. Placed them inside an eco bag (na dala dala ko from home). Habang ng iikot ako may nakota akong store sa labas ng department store, right beside the exit, and i remembered may kelangan akong bilhin doon. Lumabas ako sa dept store and pumasok sa store daladala ang unpaid items from the dept store. Na realize kong me dala dala akong unpaid items from dept store nung nagbabayad na ako sa binili ko from the store outside the dept store. Dali dali akong lumabas para bumalik sa dept at mg bayad kaso may mga guard nang nka abang sakin. Tinanong nika ako if i paid na. I told them na hinda pa, at pabalik na ako sa loob para mg bayad. Sabi nila sa kanila nlng daw ako mg bayad, dinala ako sa office, kinunan ng picture, pinasulat ng statement. Akala ko mg babayad lang ako, the next thing i know kelangan daw namid mg punta ng hospital para mgpa check up, then dinala na nika ako sa police station. Sabi nila nasta mag cooperate lang ako makakuwi ako agad. Pero i wa shocked when they said i will be detained. I spent the night sa police station. They filed a case against me. I paid the bail for 10,000 pesos. We have a sched for hearing on june 2. Sabi nang taga mall all i have to do is plead not guilty para mg settlement kami, they will only be asking for an apology letter then i will be given amnesty and no criminal record. They told me no need for lawyer daw.
I feel like i was violated. Hindi pa naman ako nakaka labas ng mall and was honest sa kanila. They gave false expectation Kasi they told me that all i need to do is pay and mkaka uwi ako as long as mg cooperate lang ako.
And tama bang after i plead not guilty and we do settlement wla na akong criminal record?
I honestly dont know if i should trust them, i dont know what to do... Please help me... I need an advise talaga..
