Someone has made a fake social media account, has kept your photo as profile picture, created albums with your photos on it and some of it were altered photos. That person had send friend requests to your friends and keep on fabricating stories.

Is there a way to find out the person behind that fake account? May nasasaad po ba sa batas na na pwedeng ikaso sa taong gumagawa nito sa social media?

I think facebook has a way of reporting fake or fictitious accounts that were made without the permission of the original owner. Try to seek that option and I think there will be a facebook representative who will respond to your queries via e-mail. They may ask for proof of identification first before they would entertain your request as a way to verify your identity.
