i'd like to ask to what extent do i have the rights to my own image photos. a friend took photo during the holiday and we're all goofing around until i found out that she posted it in her own social networking site. i ask her to delete one photo that i'm not comfortable showing it to others except to those who where specifically present during the event but she refused to pull it down from her site. please tell me legal matters regarding this. thanks
