Kinasuhan ko ng illegal dismissal ang company ko sa NLRC at ang decision ay pabor sa akin na reinstatement. But company decided na by payroll na lang ako. Nsa court of appeals na ang kaso kc umapela ang kumpanya. May isang co-worker ko ang nagtestigo laban sa akin, kaya ako na terminate sa kumpanya. Ngunit para sa akin ay wlang katotohanan mga paratang nya. Tanong ko lang po pwede ko bang kasuhan ng perjury ang co-worker/witness? San po ako magpa file ng kaso, at paano po ang process?

Hindi perjury siguro yung nararapat na basis para kasuhan mo sya, kundi false testimony kung may evidence ka to prove na walang katotohanan yung tinestify ng co-worker mo against you. You should ask your legal representative sa labor case mo kung ano yung nararapat na gawin regarding that.
