Illegal Dismissal Case

Hi, this is nimans. My company had terminated on November 2012. for 1 tardiness on January 2012 and 1 NCNS for October 2011 (which was supposed to be excused because I was sick). Both infractions should have been refreshed according to the latest COC that states every infraction will be refreshed after 6 months if the employee does not incur the same infraction within 6 months. Anyway, I filed a complaint at NLRC, then after 4 conciliations they still did not settle. So I filed a case. I am in need of an attorney, but do not know where to get one since I do not have money to pay for one immediately. Can you advise me of anywhere I could go to? I heard they accept cases like these with free legal assistance in IBP. PAO cannot support me because my net income is more than 14k/month.

Additional question:
for example the arbiter makes his decision in favor of me, will they still have the chance to file for an appeal? And if I lose the case, will I have to pay them?

you can get a lawyer at NLRC madami don.. if you win.. yes your employer can still appeal.. if you lose you can also appeal..

so mukang mgtatagal pa po ung kaso right? but on the case mentioned above, would you think i have a strong chance of winning?
