If ang sinabi lang nya is you must render overtime and hindi ka pa pwedeng umuwi because of it, that is well within the law.
Pero if tinangka mo umuwi at kinandado nya yung gate or tinali ka nya or ni lock nya yung pinto or kung tinakot ka na sasaktan pag nagtankang umuwi pwede mo silang kasuhan ng illegal detention.
Ang importante is meron bang pananakot ng physical harm to yourself or others (not loss of job). Or physical restraint.
