DECISION SMALL CLAIMS CASES for sum of money

I need your expert advise please on my case.

I received a decision from MTC Makati last 2014 regarding Small Claims action for Sum of Money and was ordered to pay the amount of P41k plus interest plus 6% interest per annum.

Since I am unemployed, I was able to make payments totalling to P23K last year.

I received a letter from the Bank few days ago and attached a different statement of account which stated my remaining balance of P14k but added an amount of P35k for Cost of Suit.

I was just wondering if this is fair or right for the Bank to charge me additional amount of P35k.

From what I understood from the Decision sent by MTC, Makati it stated: "Wherefore,premises considered, the claim is granted. this Court orders defendant MY NAME to pay plaintiff XYZ BANK the amount of P41k plus interest per annum from filing of this Complaint until fully paid." - that until it is fully paid, no more charges shall be added to my balance inclusive of interests.
