Good day and Christian greetings attorney... I am a professional teacher and had worked for a private school for 7 yrs... Last march i decided to resign... But all i received was my salary and a 2.5 sickleave and 2.5 vacationleave... Sir i just want to know if i am qualified to received a prorated 13th month pay for the last 3 months that i have worked for( from jan.to march 2016) hope you can give me an advice regarding this because i am clueless about this matter some of my co teachers said that we should demand it cause we have worked for it and those who resigned last yr have received their prorated 13th month pay...
