Hello. Pahelp naman.. Yung partner ko po is merong ex live in partner, may anak po sila pero hindi niya totoong anak.. ngayon po gusto ng ipatanggal ng partner ko yung name niya sa birthcertificate nung bata kasi nga hindi nman siya ang totoong tatay pero nakapirma po yata siya dun Birthcert.. Paano po ba gagawin?

confirm nyo po muna if nakapirma po tlga ung partner nyo thru asking copy sa NSO...alam ko 2 yrs lang ata pwede icontest ang acknkowldgement..kailangan po ng court order para maalis surname ng partner mo..most likely need din ng DNA testing as proof na hindi nya biological child ang bata..
