Hi! We plan to sell a small h&l. I aquired the property when i was single and fully paid for it when i got married in 2000. My husband who is a foreigner prefers that his name be excluded from the Deed of Sale. Can I have the deed of sale using my maiden name? Is it considered valid? Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks!
